By accessing or using the Mat's Clinic website and telehealth services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Telehealth Services

Mat's Clinic provides telehealth services for addiction treatment, weight management, testosterone therapy, peptide therapy, and NAD+ therapy. Our services are available to patients located in states where our providers are licensed. Services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and are intended to supplement, not replace, in-person emergency care.

3. Not for Emergencies

Our telehealth services are not designed for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. For mental health crises, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service. We do not accept insurance for office visits. Prescriptions may be run through your insurance. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation Policy

We ask that you cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

7. Prescription Policy

Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our licensed providers. We reserve the right to decline to prescribe any medication for any reason. Prescriptions for controlled substances are subject to applicable state and federal laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Mat's Clinic and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mat's Clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
